RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS FORT MORGAN BEACH RENTALS 

BY CHECKING THE BOX YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RENTAL AGREEMENT.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

1. Upon confirmation, Lessee assumes responsibility for equipment while in your possession.  All rental items, with the exception of the anchored shade tents, are require to be placed in a secure area as to prevent potential harm from the water, wind, waves, or theft.
2. Lessee accepts full responsibility  for any loss, theft, or damage of rental equipment while in your possession. Damage fee will be paid by the Lessee  This does not include shade tents. 
3. ALL EQUIPMENT IS USED AT LESSEE'S RISK. The Lessee acknowledges that Lessor has inspected the equipment and has determined that equipment is in good condition and suitable for the purpose in which it has been leased. 
4. Lessee agrees to return such equipment to the Lessor in as good condition as it was delivered to your property. PLEASE respect our equipment.
5. The Lessee agrees to use rental equipment for it's intended use.
6. Lessee agrees to place all equipment, with the exception of the shade tents, anchored by Ft. Morgan Beach Rentals, back under the home on morning of check out in order for pick-up.  Equipment left on the beach will be charged $25.00.
7. Kayak/paddle board rentals are REQUIRED to wear a lifejacket, use the equipment for it's intended use, and REFRAIN from going out in rough conditions.  Fort Morgan Beach Rentals will not be held liable for damages, injury, or any negative instances caused by its use while in possession of Lessee.
8. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS unless there is an emergency evacuation.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY  Lessor requires 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to issue a refund.
